### Failed Accumulation / Failed Distribution — Section 1.4 A structure that shows every characteristic of accumulation (declining volume during development, Spring, bullish SOS breakout) can still fail if, at the crucial moment (test after breakout / BUEC position), aggressive selling overwhelms buyers and rotates the market. The same applies in reverse for distribution. The critical uncertainty: - We do not know the intention of traders driving the current move. They may be short-term traders closing at the next liquidity zone, or long-term traders sustaining the move through full structure development. - We do not know whether higher-capacity traders will intervene at the decisive test-after-breakout moment, potentially with an opposing long-term view. The shock (Spring/UTAD) is the most decisive action in market operation. Its underlying logic is so powerful that bias always favors it. The last shock dictates the directional lean.
