    Source checkpoint for Part 1 of the Prop Firm Guard article series.

    This release establishes the EA foundation, prop-firm rule configuration,
    live account-state collection, input validation, and SQLite-backed
    account-specific persistent settings.

    Settings are identified by the trading account login and server and are
    recognized and synchronized when the EA is reattached.
