    Implements the Part 3 financial compliance engine for Prop Firm Guard. This release adds daily drawdown calculation from the confirmed daily starting balance, static overall drawdown monitoring from the initial challenge balance, realized profit-target tracking, readable financial states, and prioritized account-level guard status. Risk conditions are evaluated ahead of profit-target completion.
