feat: implement Greatest Swing Value setup and trade preparation
- add configurable strategy, direction, exit, and risk inputs
- define the breakout setup state structure
- validate input parameters during initialization
- configure chart appearance and trade settings
- add safe new-bar, price-series, and M1 data access
- evaluate bullish and bearish directional setups
- calculate average failure swings from completed bars
- initialize and expire one-bar breakout setups
- detect bullish and bearish M1 trigger crossings
- prepare stop-loss and take-profit prices
- validate broker minimum stop-level requirements
