- Replaced `window.confirm()` with custom Toast notification for Service Worker updates.
- Updated `.badge-success` and `.badge-warning` colors to pass WCAG AA contrast.
- Applied changes to `index.html`, `dashboard/index.html`, and `scripts/web_dashboard.py`.
- Documented learnings in `.jules/palette.md`.
