aaa090e2cf 🎨 Palette: Improve status badge contrast for accessibility 
- Updated status badge colors to use "Subtle Badge" pattern (Background-100/Text-800).
- Changed success badge to `#dcfce7`/`#166534`.
- Changed warning badge to `#fef3c7`/`#92400e`.
- Applied changes to `index.html`, `dashboard/index.html`, and `scripts/web_dashboard.py` for consistency.
- Improves contrast ratio from failing AA (<3:1) to passing AAA (>7:1).
