8234f9fef5 Update SMC EA MagicNumber and ZOLO bridge IP 
Updated `SMC_TrendBreakout_MTF_EA.mq5`:
- Changed `MagicNumber` to `21012026`.
- Updated `WebRequestURL` default to `http://203.147.134.90`.
- Updated documentation (`README.md`, `docs/ZOLO_Plugin_Integration.md`) to reflect the new IP address for the ZOLO bridge.
