Caches the result of the multi-timeframe (MTF) indicator calculation in the `GetMTFDir` function.

The trend direction is now only recalculated when a new bar forms on the secondary timeframe, preventing redundant, expensive `CopyBuffer` calls on every new bar of the primary signal timeframe.
