google-labs-jules[bot] b30af88530 feat(dashboard): add copy-to-clipboard buttons for system IDs 
- Add "Copy" buttons next to Fly.io App and Telegram Bot IDs in `index.html` and `dashboard/index.html`.
- Add "Copy" button to the Python-generated dashboard in `scripts/web_dashboard.py`.
- Implement `copyToClipboard` function with visual feedback (✅) and accessible aria-labels.
- Update Content-Security-Policy in `scripts/web_dashboard.py` to allow inline scripts for the copy functionality.
- Ensure consistency across PWA and Python dashboard views.
