Aggregate(): the partitions are contiguous runs of bars but are combined
in any order, so CSCV is not described as a time-series cross-validation.
RunPBO: constant absolute exposure rather than equal volatility, and the
control printout no longer reads a single control as a selection effect.
TestCSCVEngine: under no information the logits are logistic, not
standard Normal. Declarations aligned with the listings in the article.
This file is not used by the article: it is not referenced by any
source here, not described in the README, and not discussed in the
text. It belongs to the follow-up part, not to this repository.
The closing bar of every //| ... | line sat one column past the +
of the surrounding border. Realigned across all sources so the
right edge matches the frame, as required by the MQL5 style.
Three lines were reworded to fit inside the box rather than overflow.
Also adds Include/PBO/PctB.mqh, which ships in the article archive
but was missing from this repository.
