## What this session was

An EVIDENCE EXPORT, not a research phase. It packaged repository artifacts, raw Git
state, checkpoints and phase evidence into an external bundle so an independent reviewer
can verify AI Assistant claims WITHOUT trusting this bundle's prose. No research,
ingestion, ML, calibration, population replay, or production work was executed.

The bundle exported this checkpoint byte-for-byte and extracted the fields into a
DERIVED_SNAPSHOT. Existing anomalies are preserved in the bundle (documentation
drift D1-D5, verification-driver defect classes, the overwritten original-failing

3. Note remediation recommendations carried forward from GOV-2 (update DECISION_GATE
   to CHUNK 11 / offset; align README + PROJECT_PHASE_INDEX; clarify checkpoint
   chunk_size field; GOV-1 SHA nuance). None were performed here (evidence export only).
