Scope

This companion report documents the FEATURE and LABEL contract-facing parts (C, D, E, F, G, H, I, K) of P3-S22.4 applied to the corrected 707-setup population. It proves the corrected population satisfies the FROZEN feature schema (12 causal features) and the P3-S16 label contract v1 unchanged, and that row values differ only as an expected consequence of the corrected M30 semantics.

Contract finding: the feature SCHEMA is unchanged. The population-derived feature_sha16 differs because the row population changed (707 vs 686). This is an expected population consequence of the corrected UTC-clock M30 construction, NOT a feature-contract change. No feature was added, removed, reordered, renamed, or redefined.

B. Feature semantic availability

Every one of the 12 features is generated from closed-bar information available at or before ENTRY (creation-bar close). A future-value injection audit mutated each feature individually; the semantic audit detected the mutation in 12/12 cases.

C. Structural redundancy (documented, unchanged)

Contract parameters (frozen, not modified): entry = creation-bar close, K_TP = 1.5 ATR, K_SL = 0.75 ATR, H = 16, first-hit TP-before-SL, same-bar ambiguity rule.

The CODE_VERIFICATION_AND_SLENT_BUG_POLICY_v1 dataset-generation controls were exercised via an 8-mutation battery (future feature, future label, row shift, timestamp shift, duplicate row, deleted row, shuffled row, M30 gate substitution). Detection result: 8/8.
