45f4649e96 Add ICT Macros indicator (Asia / London / New York macro windows) 
Draws ICT macro windows as chart rectangles in New York local time with DST handling, optional 50% midline, start/end vertical lines and labels. Includes README.md with inputs and behaviour notes.
