Utils

Core of cross-cutting utilities used across the rest of the MQLArticles ecosystem. Utils is itself a small collection of independent sub-libraries — each has its own README:

Sub-module	What it solves
FA	Shared base classes: ATR, pointer auto-cleanup, bar control, simple logging, diffs, sorting.
LogFile	File logging system with parsing and configurable levels.
SetFiles	Programmatic generation and editing of .set files (EA parameters).
EnumsStr	Automatic enum-to-string / string-to-value conversion, backed by generated hash tables.
Bits	Bit manipulation, fast buffers and hashing.
StrMatch	Simplified wildcard string matching.
File	File/path operations and folder creation.
MBen	Benchmarking of multiple code blocks, persisted to a local SQLite database.
TfI	O(1) timeframe lookup tables (period in seconds, short names, hash jump table).

Also present at this level: Basic.mqh / StructBytesCre.mqh and similar low-level includes consumed internally by the sub-modules above — not covered individually since they're implementation details, not a public API.
