Limitations

• Indicator implementation documentation. This repository documents an indicator implementation and its recorded validation snapshot. It is not a trading strategy, an advisory document, a research paper, or a performance report.
• Validation scope. Validation evidence is specific to the recorded validation scope: the frozen v1.190 baseline, the recorded XAUUSD CLOSED-state snapshot, and the nine timeframes of that snapshot.
• No profitability claim. Validation does not establish profitability, accuracy guarantees, predictive edge, or any expectation of future performance.
• No performance guarantee. Validation is not a guarantee of future performance.
• Research is out of scope. Research results, backtests, calibration data and strategy-performance material are intentionally outside this repository's publication scope; the publication records in docs/ state this explicitly.
• Frozen baseline. The published source and EX5 correspond to the frozen v1.190 baseline and are not modified by documentation updates.
• Descriptive output. The indicator presents market-state classifications; in the documented semantics these are descriptive, deterministic computations and not predictions or trade signals.
