## Scope
|
|
|
|
This license applies to all files in this repository,
|
|
including source code, configurations, scripts, and documentation.
|
|

## Purpose
|

|
|
This trading bot is shared exclusively for personal use in trading accounts.
|
|
It does not constitute financial advice and does not guarantee results of any kind.
|
|
|
|

|

## Granted Permissions
|
|
|
|
The user who obtains access to this repository is permitted solely to:
|
|
|
|
- USE the bot on personal, institutional, prop firm, demo, or live trading accounts
|
|
- CONFIGURE the bot parameters to adapt it to personal trading needs
|
|
- RUN the bot on multiple owned accounts simultaneously
|
|
- MODIFY the bot's source code exclusively for personal use, provided that:
|
|
- Any modification remains strictly private and is never shared, published, or distributed
|
|
- Modified versions are subject to all the same restrictions as the original
|
|
- No modified version may be presented as an original or independent work
|
|
|
|

## Strict Restrictions
|
|
|
|
The following are strictly PROHIBITED, without exception:
|
|
|
|
- Selling the bot, whether compiled or in source code form, original or modified
|
|
- Redistributing the bot by any means, free of charge or commercially, in any form
|
|
- Publishing, sharing, or uploading the code — original or modified — to any public or private
|
|
repository accessible to third parties (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, MQL5 CodeBase, or others)
|
|
- Sublicensing, assigning, or transferring usage rights to third parties
|
|
- Creating derivative works intended for distribution, sale, or public access of any kind
|
|
- Using the code, in whole or in part, to train artificial intelligence models or LLMs
|
|
- Including the code — original or modified — in commercial products, subscription services,
|
|
trading signals, or similar offerings
|
|
- Reverse engineering the code for redistribution or commercialization purposes
|
|
|
|

|
|
|
## Modifications and Private Derivative Works
|
|
|
|
Personal modifications to the code are permitted under the following strict conditions:
|
|
|
|
- The modified version must remain **completely private** at all times
|
|
- It may only be used by the person who received the original license
|
|
- It may **never** be shared, published, uploaded, or distributed in any form or medium
|
|
- The modified version inherits all restrictions of this license automatically
|
|
- If any of these conditions is violated, the license is immediately and automatically revoked
|
|
|
|
The following remain prohibited regardless of whether they involve modifications:
|
|
|
|
- Copying the structure, logic, or architecture and renaming variables or functions
|
|
with the intent to distribute or commercialize
|
|
- Translating the code to another programming language for redistribution
|
|
- Using this bot as a template or starting point for any product intended for third parties
|
|
|

## Obligations When Using AI Platforms
|
|
|
|
Any user who uses this code (original or modified) in conjunction with a hosted AI platform
|
|
(e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, or similar cloud-based services) MUST:
|
|
|
|
- **(a)** Disable any data retention, training opt-in, or conversation logging feature
|
|
offered by the platform BEFORE using the code in that context
|
|
- **(b)** Use the platform's official privacy mode, incognito mode, or equivalent feature
|
|
if available (e.g. Claude's conversation opt-out, ChatGPT's "Improve the model" toggle)
|
|
- **(c)** NOT use the code through platforms that offer no mechanism whatsoever
|
|
to opt out of training data collection
|
|
|
|
Failure to comply with this section constitutes a violation of the "Strict Restrictions" section of this Agreement.
|
|
|
|
**Note on local/open-source models:** Using the code as input to locally-run AI models
|
|
operating solely in inference mode (no training or dataset collection) is permitted,
|
|
provided no training activity takes place.
|
|
|
|

- Errors, bugs, or unexpected behavior in the code

- Performance, results, or profitability of the bot

- Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any nature
