This ML-READY determination is not permission to run ML. It only records that the corrected 707-setup population is internally consistent with the frozen Candidate Setup (F3/F4), feature (12-causal-schema), and label (P3-S16 v1) contracts, and is sufficiently trustworthy to be a candidate for a separately authorized corrected-population ML experiment.
